With a comfy living room, a full kitchen for cooking up meals, and a mudroom to stash your outdoor gear, this house is the ideal setup for families or groups. You’ll also have access to all the shared amenities, like the outdoor dining area, grills, firepit, and The Storehouse for any essentials or late-night snacks. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the outdoors, this house is your perfect home base for a laid-back getaway.

When it comes to the lake, we’ve got you covered. You’ll have access to our deep-water dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or tying up your boat*. We’ve got outdoor racks for any canoes or kayaks you bring, plus a beach area to launch from. After a fun day on the water, you can rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading back to relax.

*If you do decide to bring or rent a boat please let us know so we can ensure there is a place for you to put your boat. It is first come first serve with our guests on the 2 available dock tie-ups. If those are all full, don’t worry there are usually slips available next to our boat ramp just a short drive from Sam’s Place.
